I can't get enough of Cambodia. Marlon and I miss raiding all the temples together with our tour guide Nana. Here are more pictures of our 3 day visit to the kingdom of tombs.

BREATHTAKING RUINS 1- CAMBODIA

I have been fascinated with the kingdom of Cambodia. Last weekend, Marlon de Mesa and I went to the enchanting city of Siem Reap in Cambodia. We have been planning our trip for a year. After visiting 13 temples in two days, I was very inspired. I was so amazed on how the city kept their temples in tact. The most famous temple in Siem Reap is Angkor Wat. It is one of the biggest temples made for the Gods.  These temples were built for worship. I am mesmerized with all the intricate detail around the walls of all the temples.  Our tour guide, Nana, is one of the best. We made her laugh the whole trip. She did not have to explain the history of the temples because we did our research. 

I am not surprised why Angelina Jolie fell in love with Cambodia. The people are warm and nice. Tourists can walk around freely without being abducted. It is one of the safest city to travel and look for inspiration.

MILA'S SHINING MOMENT!!!

Last night's People's Choice Award, Mila Kunis wore an amazing beige cocktail dress from J. Mendel. With her olive skin color and jet black hair, the dress suits her well. Her outfit is the essence of simplicity at its finest. I met Mila at the Mark hotel last year with some of my friends from the magazine industry. She is so nice and has an oozing personality. Her role in the thriller movie Black Swan made her one of the rising stars in Hollywood. I hope I can style her one day. Congratulations to Gilles of J.Mendel and his team for doing a great job.

MYSTERY MAN'S GIFT!!!

Two days ago, I received a text message from my shoe guy at Barneys New York. He told me that Mystery Man came by the other day to get my post holiday present. I had to force my shoe guy to tell me what Mystery Man gave me. He could not resist. In the end, he told me that I will be getting my denim Christian Louboutin with spike details. He just loves giving me shoes. This will be the 20th pair of shoes I've received from him. I cannot wait to pick it up when I get back to New York. I thought he forgot about me. He will be staying in New York till the end of January. He deserves a big kiss from me... and more to come.

Dr. Lisa Airan is one of the BEST dressed in New York City. Besides her amazing features, she knows how to mix up her outfits to every event she goes to. She is a follower and an admirer of the following brands: Lanvin, J.Mendel, Balmain, Alaia, Giambattista Valli, and Balenciaga. Last year, she opted for something different... vintage Yves Saint Laurent. She wore this amazing dress to the Winter Wonderland Botanical Garden Gala last year. She made the dress modern. Now, she is entering the territory of wearing vintage. I know where she gets her pieces, but I promised NOT to reveal. She is the PERFECT woman to dress. Why? She knows her look. She knows what she wants. She is Dr. Lisa Airan. A true fashionista.

GETTING READY!!!

As much as I love my family, I have been gone for almost 2 months. I miss  New York. I cannot wait to get back. This coming weekend, I am traveling with my best friend from college, Marlon, to Cambodia. I have been fascinated with the country for many years. I would love to see the ruins and the temples like in the Lara Croft movie. I know I am not the adventurer type, but this is my moment. It will be a good time for me and my friend to bond. After Cambodia, I am going to fly to Sydney to meet my client. I am so excited and thrilled. It will be work, but I love my client's sport... Tennis. Then, I head back to New York to work on all of my projects. My new year's resolution: I WILL SAVE MONEY. Xoxo.
