STELLAR SHOES- BALENCIAGA

One word to describe the shoes from Balenciaga's Fall 2010 collection... Killer. My God. These shoes are works of art. I just cannot breathe right now... INTENSE.

What a way to take a classic loafer pumps and add some humor to it? Talk about fun heels. It reminded me of my old LEGO toys and Rubik's cube.

The mixture of skins (crocodile, alligator, and lizard) with PVC heels and platform is just BEYOND my imagination.

I am salivating right now. Thank God I do not wear DRAG. Or else, these shoes will be in my closet.

CALL TIME- 1PM

My client is going to the leave tomorrow for the Oscar parties. I have to do a fitting with her today. I am ready, but I am still waiting for the shoes from Brian Atwood and Christian Louboutin.

I did a good edit with all of the dresses I am going to show her. I just want her to wear this pink dress that I got. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

It is so amazing.

FITTING!!!

I am going crazy... in a chic way. I have to do my fitting with my client T.M. tomorrow at 1pm. I have been gathering all the cocktail dresses because she will be attending the Oscar parties (Vanity Fair and Elton John).

With her amazing debut dress at the launch party, I have to keep aiming high with all the designers clothes I have to get. This time, I am putting her in some colors. Black is for New York and celebration of color is for Los Angeles.

What I've learned from my mentors is to EDIT. I do not need tons of clothes. I just want the right look for my prestigious client.

Well! Wish me luck. I need it.

PS: Mystery man is coming this weekend and I am so excited.

HIGH SOCIETY

Last night, my assistant and I were invited for the launch of CW 11's "High Society" in New York City. It was not the only launch party of the network. "Fly Girls" and "America's Next Top Model" were part of the festivities.

My client looked dashing in a black dominatrix outfit. Her vixen look is part of her evolution as a woman. There were so much champagne that night. I had a couple of glasses.

After that, we bid our goodbyes to everyone. I was starving. I made a decision to end the night at Pastis.

PACMAN

Last Sunday, I had dinner with my good friends. We went to Apiary. The food was divine. I told Noel to drop me off on 57th street and Madison Avenue. I was walking back to my apartment till I saw a huge billboard of Manny Paquiao at Niketown.

He is one of the best boxing champions in the world. I am very proud of him to be my country's ambassador for the international arena.

JEALOUSY FACTOR!!!

I would like to congratulate my dear friend Rajo Laurel for gracing the cover of Women's Wear Daily a couple of weeks ago. He is one of the few Filipinos who brought prestige to my country.

With this cover, controversy is not far away from Rajo. He has been accused of copying for the longest time. To be honest with you guys, referencing other designers started during the time of Paul Poiret.

This recent Fall 2010 collection, everybody has been referencing the designs of Rick Owens.

Rajo deserves everything. I am very proud of him. All of his detractors cannot accept that he had the courage to explore the global fashion industry.

I am always right behind you. I knew you and your family for the longest time. Let them talk.

Good and Bad publicity is always STELLAR.

I apologize for being tardy. I have not been blogging at all because I have been covering shows for New York Fashion Week. I have amazing pictures and adventures to share it with you.
