ALTUZARRA designer Joseph Altuzarra delivered a STRONG Spring 2011 Collection. His models were strutting on the runway feeling the sexiness of his clothes. The first section of the collection was done in white. I love the PYTHON jacket over a white ensemble... AMAZING. Then, the second half of the collection was done in BLUE and BLACK. There were so many details on the clothing. There were hints of Claude Montana and Tom Ford throughout the show. The silhouette is tight to the body.
Shades of neon orange, green, and yellow accessories added color to the BLACK and BLUE looks. The last dress was simply divine. Appliqued python were sewn onto the black jersey dress. A woman with confidence can wear his clothes. I wouldn't be surprised if he snags the CFDA/Vogue Fund Award this year. He is so talented.
For me, it is the best collection I've seen in New York.
