Noel and I went to Versailles because we want to feel the grandeur living of Marie Antoinette. I know some of you may not agree with Marie Antoinette's lifestyle, but I love her excessiveness. I was fortunate to see the sculptures of famed Japanese artist Murakami at the palace. As much as I love the pieces, the exhibition was interfering with the mood of the palace. People were drawn more to the artist's work than the beauty of Versailles. It was worth the trip.
