During the MET Gala, Kirsten Dunst didn't look confident with her custom made ensemble from Rodarte. The orange and white double breasted suit gown wasn't her best look. She was in a rush to get inside the museum. For me, she looked like the dated version of Louise Lane. The hair saved her, but the whole look was a disaster. At the recent Cannes Film Festival, she redeemed herself. She chose a magenta gown from Christian Dior. She accessorized the whole look with a black belt. Her hair and make-up gave the final touch. This is the Kirsten Dunst I know... chic, sophisticated, and stylish. When she goes for the fashion forward look, it seems to be a mess. Why not stick to the formula of just making her look beautiful? Simplicity is the essence of sophistication. It is not in her personality to try different things when it comes to fashion. She looked amazing and stunning. I believe she made the perfect choice.
