THE GLAMOUROUS LADIES OF THE OSCARS!!!

Only a few women did it right at the recent Oscars 2013 when it comes to power dressing. There were so many women on the red carpet that took the plunge, but these 6 women proved to the world the meaning of glamour.  Sandra Bullock wore a black lace gown from Elie Saab. The sheer ensemble gave her the sex appeal.  Sandra’s hair and make-up made her look younger. She accessorized her look with diamond studs, rings, and a barrette to complete the whole look. As for her clutch, the chain should have been tucked in the bag. Overall, she looks great. Best actress nominee Naomi Watts wore customized Armani Prive. The beading of the dress was perfection. The dress was made well. The interesting neckline gave the actress edge. Her hair and make-up complimented her look. Small diamond dangling earrings and a cuff completed the look. George Clooney’s girlfriend, Stacy Kiebler, wasn’t far behind. The statuesque model/actress chose Naeem Khan’s fully beaded dress. Her art deco inspired outfit made her look modern and fierce. The sheer back of the dress added some sexiness. Black diamond earrings and bracelet added drama to her tight fitting dress.  Best actress nominee Jessica Chastain wowed the crowd. She arrived on the red carpet on time wearing a custom made Armani Prive. The heart shape fully beaded dress gave her sophistication and style. The Swarovski crystal beadwork was done on the bias. Her whole look is just perfection. This ensemble was a complete departure from Golden Globes dress.  At 75, Jane Fonda proved to the world that age is just a number. The two-time Academy award winner showed up in a yellow Atelier Versace long sleeves dress. The dress is so sexy and still age appropriate. The interlocking triangles with sunburst beading gave her the waist. I am so glad that she brought color to the Oscars. In a sea of pale colored dresses, Jane Fonda gave some light to the event. Lastly, Charlize Theron graced the red carpet in a white Dior Haute Couture gown. I believe this is how to wear white at the Academy Awards. She looks fresh and young.  What made the gown modern? The V shape cut on the bust line with it sexy. On the other hand, the beaded peplum gave the ensemble femininity. She accented her with diamond studs and bracelets.

These ladies know the meaning of glamour, elegance, sophistication, and style. I know their team did a lot of research to come up with these perfect and stunning looks. Well! All of their hard work paid off.
