For Pre-Fall 2011, Diane Von Furstenberg used a lot of colors. She was inspired by the late 60s and the early 70s. She went back to basics and delivered an army of clothes for the modern working woman. She does not believe in zippers. According to her, it takes time to put on the clothes and it can cause breakage most of the time. With a new creative director, she and her team will offer a fresh take on what DVF has to offer.
Shades of yellow, burgundy, rust, cognac, mint, and camel were used in the collection. She knows how to think 20 steps ahead. I love seeing color, especially in our darkest hour.
